WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT SOCIAL MEDIA FOR BUSINESS
Social media moves fast…really fast. Stay current on updates and opportunities to take the social media strategy for your business to the next level. And your business success is our business. - INSTAGRAM ADS
You can now access what was previously available only to select businesses. This is big news since Instragram’s brand engagement now trumps other social channels. Try it through your Facebook Ad Manager. Go to your Facebook Page settings. Select “Instagram Ads” in the left column and connect the two. Once you place a Facebook ad, you will see options to extend your ad to Instagram.
2. TWEET WITH REPORTERS
Twitter gives you the opportunity to reach influencers in a direct and “social” way. Just like in the “non digital” world, you always want to build relationships and not just make requests. Twitter is the most conversational of the platforms. Follow those influencer and share your own knowledge too…but interact (don’t just make statements).
3. FACEBOOK TARGETING
So you knew you could target Facebook Ads and Boosted Posts, but did you know that you can give yourself the option to target your “non-advertised” posts? Go to your business page Settings, select News Feed Audience and Visibility for Posts and select Allow News Feed audience selection and post visibility options for this Page and save. Comes in handy for targeting to segments. Try it out.
