2019 LEADERSHIP SERIES

THE 5 PILLARS OF DRIVING BUSINESS GROWTH

The New Jersey Small Business Development Center at Brookdale Community College announces the first of its 2019 Leadership Series on January 22nd from 9:00 a.m. to noon on the Lincroft campus.  Chris Ruisi, “The Coach,” will be presenting a no-cost, value-packed presentation on The 5 Pillars of Driving Business Growth.

The biggest challenge small business owners have is that there’s never enough time to get everything done. Staying focused on our most important priorities is one of the toughest challenges we all have. And, how we manage this focus directly effects our ability to grow our businesses.

Chris Ruisi is a nationally recognized executive coach and leadership expert, professional speaker, global radio host and author who challenges business leaders to step up and play big.  His latest book is “The Go-To Person’s Guide to Success” – a must-read for those seeking to reach the next level of achievement.

Chris will help you drive the growth of your business to the goals you set but also help you grow into the leader your business and team needs to succeed. The 5 Pillars of Driving Business Growth are Leadership; Strategy; Structure; Systems and People – each of these Pillars, on its own, is critical to achieving growth. But significant growth and success belong to the leader who can properly focus on them so as to master their relationship.

The simplicity of the 5 Pillars approach allows you to focus on those things that have the highest reward/payoff. You will walk away from this presentation with the tools needed to evaluate each Pillar as it relates to you and your business. You will also learn how to create an actual plan to address those opportunities to drive business growth.

There is no cost to attend but registration is required.
